High Potential Market
The bakery market in Vietnam is one of the most robust in the Asia-Pacific region. According to the Statistics Portal, revenue in the Bread & Bakery Products segment amounts had reached US$632m in 2019 and the market is expected to grow annually by 8.6%. Having the current strong growth rate, the prospect of the bakery market in Vietnam is still on the rise. This expectation is also supported by the continuing good performance of Vietnamese economy. Over the period of 2000 to 2019, the average GDP growth rate was up to 6.52%. Accompanied with these well performance, Vietnam could definitely be seen as the most potential market in Asia




Vietnam International Bakery Show - VIBS 2024 took place from December 11 to 14, 2024, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Marking its grand return since 2019, VIBS 2024 with 154 booths from esteemed exhibitors from both local and global bakery brands, showcased the best innovation and craftsmanship in the baking industry, and attracting more than 19,000 visits in total 4 days.
